Recent Town Planning projects have included:
TOWN PLANNING
We have managed the town planning process from initial enquiries through pre-application negotiations and formal submission, to successful planning and listed building consents for many proposed projects.
We will lead the town planning process for a project, other than where we recommend the appointment of a specialist town planning consultant for more complex specialist cases where the consultant will represent the clients interests; in this case, we will manage the consultant on behalf of the client in terms of day to day instructions and coordination with other aspects of the project.
