ABOUT US
We are a small independent consultancy who pride ourselves on personal service with attention to our clients specific requirements. Whilst we are recently established, our principal, Robert Cronk, is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Planning and Development who has over twenty years experience of managing commercial and residential property development projects throughout the UK from initial concept through to completion.
We work closely with occupier clients to identify property or sites suitable for their requirements and to deliver the property ready for fitting out and trading.

Management of property projects from concept to occupation
| O | Conduct searches for existing property or sites to develop to suit the occupiers
requirements, and manage the acquisition process.

| O | Work with clients to identify property asset management opportunities to create
increased value, release existing latent value, or minimise occupational costs
|
| O | Manage town planning applications and associated required approvals
|
| O | Manage the development process from initial design brief to completion of the
project
|
| O | Manage the design and construction process
|
| O | Represent the client where the property is to be leased or acquired from a third
party, in negotiating the appropriate specification and construction process and
monitoring the on-site progress to handover.
